We also branch into Receivership as one of the several debt recovery processes. As a Receiver, we have a competent team of lawyers with expertise in handling Receivership matters. As a Receiver in corporate insolvency, we recover the debt of our Creditor-client either by Sale of the Property/Security of the Debtor or without necessarily selling the Property/Security involved.
